Kudos to the team for delivering such a heart-provoking serial. It's great to see something inspiring, completely away from the family dramas.
It's a great drama with the message that no matter what and which country you belong to a soldier is a soldier till their dying day, for the love & patriotism towards the country. The soldier goes with a single motto " to save & protect their motherland. A soldier's family has a lot of courage and resilience, the example of Taimur's mother was brilliant. Overall the serial definitely gives you the feeling of nationalism and patriotism. The training programme ( which is more or less the same in all the countries ) gives us an insight into the drill, discipline and unity of the troops. Wonderfully portrayed and evokes emotion to be a part of the army. Major Usama was a true inspiration of brotherhood, bravery and commitment, the emotions of a soldier, the scene wherein he explains the true meaning of the national anthem gave goosebumps and his demeanour towards his martyred buddy's wife and the child was heart-provoking. The leaked photograph scene too was a great example of how the army takes care of its people.Wednesday, November 30, 2022

#johnnydepp #amberheard case HEARD VS DEPP CASE
This is a classic case of a Hollywood courtroom drama ... all of us know that this is not fiction drama but a discernible case of defamation, harassment and of course to prove who is the real victim.
Amber Heard a victim of physical abuse was the first of the many to voice it during the #metoomovement. She repeatedly mentioned in her several interviews that Johnny was a wife-beater, a substance abuser, an alcoholic and a weed smoker. She also said in one of her many interviews that how she would be constantly in fear that johnny Depp would hit and abuse her. Sympathies were all out for her courage and resilience. What transpired between them was mentioned by her in her many interviews. It must have been hard to take all the " shit & abuse " but in the end came out like a shining star and a hope for woman who faces domestic violence. On the other hand, Depp lost work and reputation globally. Overnight I am sure he must have lost a lot of friends, above all his reputation went downhill.
Johnny boy was licked out and left wounded. HE needed to clear his name and in desperation started suing. In 2020, Depp lost a libel case in which he sued the Britain-based News Group Newspapers, publisher of the Sun, and its executive editor, Dan Wootton, for publishing a 2018 story with the headline “Gone Potty: How can JK Rowling be ‘genuinely happy’ casting wife-beater Johnny Depp in the new Fantastic Beasts film?”
Amber Heard had enough people to back her up for this case, and in the end, was the winner. Depp then files another case of defamation, this time for 50 million against Heard. Confident Amber countersues him, and thus begins the trial.
But wait a minute now things seem to be different, the claims made by Amber are in the red. There is deep speculation about " IS AMBER REALLY A VICTIM OR IS DEPP THE REAL VICTIM" Did we judge Depp wrong? Did the media just turn Depp into a monster just for getting more readership, eyeballs, headlines and scoop?
I have been following all the videos of the courtroom trial that's going on. Listening and watching each and every deposition. Though we cannot be conclusive for me Amber Heard is losing the plot completely. Depp's lawyers have been thorough with each and every piece of evidence, without going into the HE said - SHE said formulae.
Let's go with the pieces of evidence
1. No bruises found on Amber - Depp's lawyers produce photos in court to counter the bruise lie
2. The police themselves confirm the same- Reports and CCTV camera proves the same.
3. Voice recordings and CCTV footages produced as pieces of evidence prove that Amber Heard is abusive and a baiter.
4. She did not, I say did not donate the pledged money to the charitable org as she claimed to have donated all the money.
5 She tried taking more money from Depp by asking him to pay the double amount of alimony if he pays the 7 mln money directly to the charity. My question is why would u do that? If you have pledged the 7 mln why not give it? What's your concern with his tax benefits? It also means u pledged yours too for tax benefits?
6. She claims that Depp was the physical abuser, instead she admits that she was the one who hit deep and was constantly baiting him with her badgering to lose his mind.
7. Her friends and family partied on Depp's money and were freeloaders.
8. She cheated on Depp CCTV footage has it on records
9. She admits that she uses drugs, camera footage proves alcoholic
10. Amber Heard comes out to be a liar, abuser and cheater in court.
Her asst speaks badly of Amber, the asst states that Amber did not pay her much remuneration and Amber had a temper.
Amber, she speaks disdainfully to Depp's lawyer. She constantly trying very hard to cry to gain sympathy.
The conclusion is Amber heard is a bully and has used the woman victim card synonymously. She was sure that Johnny Depp would not counter sue her, as his public image would be tarnished. This is where she went wrong, Depp has not only sued her but insisted that the ongoing trial is videoed and goes live.
In this entire trial, Amber comes across as shifty and crafty, with some twisty indirect answers. She is caught on the wrong foot when she gives an example of buying a house in instalments and donating money to Charity as same. Her lawyers were not able to prove that the police did not investigate properly instead turned out that after calling the police Amber was not interested in reporting the incident and did not want to talk about it at all. The police also confirmed that there were no signs of altercation nor signs of bruises on Amber.
Depp on the other hand comes across as a calm, composed and at ease person. His team seems to have put all the pieces of evidence, be it footage, photos or text messages in defence. Johnny Depp's lawyer, Camille Vasquez shreds Amber's lies piece by piece and turns the tables on AMBER HEARD. Camille corners her, brings out her lies and in the end, it looks like Amber could be sued for perjury.
Johnny Depp on the other hand has played it well, thus proving that he is an amazing actor. My first question is who records conversations between husband and wife and why? My second question is why did he not call her out during the divorce, she had brought out all this evidence against him during the divorce too. The team's strategic move of bringing Camille to question is really brilliant. But all this speculation about deep and Camille in a relationship? Is it to prove to the world that he is still the man that a woman wants to be with, feels safe and secure and is a successful and dynamic lawyer herself. The little concerns about phone wires, water, juices etc seem to be a part of a definitive narrative and screenplay. Johnny the whole time in the courtroom with his head down showing only humour as an emotion is also a part of that narrative. People coming all out to support Depp shows that he does have close bondings with people, unlike Amber who has turned against her. Her sister surely is a freeloader and now must be feeling the heat of Amber.
The mention of drugs and alcohol free-flowing is repulsive and definitely questions their lifestyle and mental and physical health. Why is Depp only being labelled as a druggy, weedy and alcoholic? Amber, her sister and her friends did that too so why aren't they being labelled too? For me, both parties need to retrospect their habits and lifestyle seriously. Their substance abuse reflects on their faces and language ( Abuses being hurled at each other )
A word of advice to Amber, the power suits and the fierce hairstyle is not helping u in court, makes u severe, hard and crafty.
Whatever the outcome is, for me Depp is surely a winner for taking a firm stand and hope that he wins this to prove that men can be abused too, they too are victims of domestic abuse ... there is no gender to abuse.
Reminds me of a case in India #hritikroshan vs #kanganaranaut. for me, Kangana & her sister were the real Ambers in this case abusers and mudslingers to the core !!!!!!

#merehumsafar #pakistaniserial #HaniaAmir and #FarhanSaeed @#ARYdigital
I have a deep liking for Pakistani serials for 2 main reasons, 1( one ) you can sit with the family for its language. the characters etched look real not all OTT be it their clothes, makeup or hairstyle. Urdu is a really beautiful language, poetic and emotional. The plots and plans are beautifully twisted into the stories.
The other reason is stories are like mills and boons with a happy ending. I lovvvveeeee happy endings !!! Damsel is in distress, the man that she loved does not accept her, then misunderstood by the man she has married in unusual circumstances, who was either supposed to marry some other woman who is twistedly in love with her husband. The MIL plots and plans to oust her by ensuring her KIRDAR IS DAAGI. Her MAAZI ( EX) returns to her life mostly as a villain. Her husband gets angry and asks her to go away from his life. The woman bears all the ZAWAL.
The hero is dressed in amazing well-cut suits with tapered pants and of course amazing colours, even though their acting is not OTT. The stories are relatable, no nagins and daayans , no kaala jaadu , simple plain human jealousy, ego and power.
Though I know - culture and religion they can get married to their first cousins, encouraging and promoting to get married within the family are biologically not right. Secondly, every serial has talaq at the drop of their hat and second marriages, this is something that I feel that the serials should not encourage and promote.
Stories should encourage family bonding and sustainable marriages and relationships. End of the day individuals do get influenced by cinema let's not forget that.
Fairy tales are loved by all, and who does not want happiness till the end?

RRR#movies #NTR #ramcharan #s.s.rajamouli #Blockbuster
A movie after Pushpa that has created hysteria in Indian cinema is RRR. This cult movie has become a movie to recon in the hall of fame !!!
Now let's understand the reason for south movies doing the best at the box office.
1. They understand their audience and give them exactly what they want
2. They work on their script immensely wherein gives u a real story in the reel form.
3. They put in efforts in the technical department, be it camera, lights, music, or VFX.
4. The actors practise, rehearse, and perform to the core.
RRR has exceeded in all the departments. I am in Love with NTR and Ramcharan ... especially NTR who looks absolutely sincere and vulnerable. I am totally fida on their dancing and the duo are electrical, SENSATIONAL on screen ...
The VFX needs a special accolades with the detailing

#sharmajeenamkeen #rishikapoor #juhichawla #pareshrawal #ranbirkapoor
A movie that could be a tribute to the likes of #basuchatterjee #rishikeshmukhejee, no hero no heroine, no song and dance ... just a simple story of a man who was forced to take VRS. The kids do not understand his itch to do something to kill time.
To sum it up in India we have a lot of social pressure - log kya kahenge and of course, the other thing is the dignity of labour. We are fixed with the rule book of what is acceptable or what is not in our INDIAN society. Soshebaazi is very important.
Rishi Kapoor was the purrfect sharmajee, zindadil aadmi aur life jeene ki josh .... and calling spade a spade .... that's how he came across in most of the interviews.
it was also refreshing to portray the Kitty party women not as a bitchy catty lot but as a support group for friends at trying times, be it Sharmajee or Veena Manchanda's cheating dead husband.
Speaking of Veena Manchanda, Juhi sleepwalked through the role, she looked like she was just playing herself. Anybody could have played that role... Juhi for me did not add any value to the role .
The sibling rivalry was fantastic only the friendship between Sharmajee and Sardar was half baked.
Sheeba , Suhail , Parmeet , and Satish were a total treat to watch, hoping to see them in anymore.

#meenakshiSundareshwar#saniaMalhotra #abhimanyu
The premise of the movie ( Long distance relationship ) is great, but as the movie progresses I found it super regressive. The girl has done her BBA, interviews her going to be husband, yet has no time or inclination to go through the biodatas sent by the matchmaker.
Secondly what was the reason to take the men's coat to start the interview? Surprisingly her family was OK with a guy who is yet struggling to get a job but has no intention in their daughter's career. The marriage happens because they have the same name as Parvati and Shiva ... seriously should we encourage this kind of content at this age and date ?
They get married, he gets a job, moves to Bangalore, and both their journey begins. I would like to know what was the reason behind insisting on only bachelors and not married men? This does not make sense at all. Secondly, he is presenting app concepts but I thought he was a coder. which coder is asked to present concepts?
The father-in-law does not insist on the daughter teaching her nephew, but the daughter-in-law is asked not to take up the job because she as to teach the nephew. The daughter-in-law meekly agrees.
The aunt wants the same saree which is sold and makes snide remarks on daughter-in-law's friend questioning her character of a special friend, the father in law supports it too !!! She was going to blore with her father-in-law and nephew but when she is in the cab wanting to dance ... she is alone in the cab !!
The end was the laziest ending that one can ever come across in cinema, the writer and director did not know how to end it .... so let's get thalaiva in to end the show !!!

BELLBOTTOM #hijack #crackerjack #bollywood
Bellbottom - Sad that UAE wasnt given the due credit for the support extended to complete the mission and ofcourse safe return of the Indians .
Do we need to twist facts and then call it cinematic liberty . First and foremost wasnt convinced of the character bell bottom , came across caricaturish . The thin moustache and the bell bottom pants was really over the top . Half of the dialogues could not be understood. I have the same problem with #akshay and #rajkumarrao , both mumble under their breath the dialogues which keeps us guessing and we interpret whatever we want to .
Vaani was looking very nice but problem is same plastic expression with no facial change . What's with the new actors ... their face don't emote at all . Secondly the mother says her elder son who lives in London has AC in his house - which LONDON homes have AC ?? She prefers staying with the elder son because of AC . seriously they could have come up with better dialogues .
The dialogues had zero impact except for - baane chale james bond aur petrol ka paise khud bharo !
RADHE - Deemag ka AADHE #salman #radhe #flopindianmovie #returnmoney
The entire bollywood , hollywood , tollywood , Hollywood , gollywood , sollywood was looking forward to the Eid release . Salman has made his releases like a festival by itself …. hats off to his marketing and the hold on the Indian cinema . However his movies have been sliding downhill after each release .

PUSHPA #alluarjun#sukumar
NEEDLESS to say ! this is indeed a cult movie . Its inspiring and super dramatic . Right from the script to costumes to technical this movie deserves to be shown in all film schools as a chapter for learning .
There is a debate that through movies kingpins are glorified and for that mater their wrong doings are justified . But my argument is one will pick and choose whatever we read, hear or see as per our own liking and judgement . Human tendency is to mix reel with real and at times reel showcases stuff what is real . For example real life vamps do not change themselves to sati savitris after watching the serials . They do not imbibe the goodness and continue in their everyday lives with all the plotting and planning . I know u must be wondering why am I digressing from the main point PUSHPA and ranting about vamps . This is just so that lets be realistic and learn the good things from reel and real world .
Coming back to Pushpa , the movies tells us 10 highlighted points .
1. Need conviction and spirit to reach heights .
Pushpa Raj was just a daily wager but his self belief and power to work towards it proves that anything is possible .
2. Strategy is a must for success
Pushpa Raj first strategizes the downfall of his opponents coolly and then goes about executing it .
3. The necessity of Planning and quick thinking .
When the sandalwood is raided - Pushpa's quick thinking and planning saves all the material.
4.Misuse of power and position leads to all downfalls .
No matter who u r and what u r one should not misuse power - for eg : Jolly Reddy was seen splurging money , and a rapist. Its funny that in most of the cases when a human is in power immaterial which gender male or female uses the penis or vagina to prove their power and ego !!! He was so blinded by ego that he did not see the potential of pUshpa Raj .This lead to Jolly Reddy's downfall .
5.Identifying talent .
Jakka Raj identified the talent of Pushpa raj , gave him a free hand to execute the jobs and this lead to the monetary gain and fame of Jakka Raj . But Jakka was smart enogh to ensure that Pushpa remains loyal towards him , man management skills is something that one should learn from Jakka raj
6. Ethics & loyalty
Pushpa Raj revolts against Jakka , but when push came to shove Pushpa saved Jakka from the rivals teaching us internal fights should stay internal , not let external people take advantage of it .
7 Negotiating skills
Pushpa taught us smooth negotiating skills be it his 4% as equals or getting the right and unique product for his buyer , thus teaching us innovation is necessary to sustain a business .
8. Emotions .
Pushpa was soft towards his mother , friend & colleague or his girlfriend . he was neither ruthless or cutthroat in his personal relations .
9. Weakness
When rivals know about your weakness they always use it against u . Be it impulsiveness , anger or a personal issue . Hence its necessary to keep emotion at check .
10. Keep your move secret.
Even his best friend was also confused when Pushpa went all soft on the police officer . Nobody could understand why was he cowing down to the police ... which gets revealed in the end .
