Iam surprised with the kind of subjects that women directors are opting out for just to prove thier boldness ..
By talking SEX , VAGINA and showing multiple sex , lesbian relationships , getting drunk in the truck bar and then getting into the fuck bar is the name of the game ?

Few points
1. Relationship with the younger man - Unethical to show that office relationship especially with an intern is OK . No sane proffessional wll invite /call the date and intern for interview at the same place same time .
2. Small world - going to be father inlaw turned out to be the baby doll predator . So predictable when he had come home for the Diwali party . He was checking Siddhi out .
3. A founder journalist has enough power to stop a story , but this one clearly did not .
4. Its an open secret Awards are not based on merits but lobbying , how did she get it 4 times in a row without lobbying ?

Arent we stereo typying women too in these kind of series ? Whats the msg and what do we want to prove ?

The only person whose character was well written was Umang Singh that too in the end was a total SYAPPAAA. over dramatic coming out of the closet syndrome .

Writer , director - just for u to know
girl gang meets for coffee , shopping and just chilling at each others places too . Its not all the time drinking . Funnily they are best of friends but they dont visit each others' places .
Never seen these girls hanging around Anjana 's daughter .

Some of the scenes were just too forced and made up ... like the Dr checking her vagina ... ridiculous and stupid . A well estabished proffessional does not go around getting her vagina checked just bocs the doc is sexy .

 Actors like Prateek Babbar was a waste ...  Was not given any shades in the character and a very flat way of dialogue delivery . Some of his dialogues were difficult to understand .
Lisa Ray was a waste ... wish she had a much better and meatier role . She deserves a better role .

The 4 girls were kick as acotrs .............. JUST ... one funda .............when u go to sleep or wake up our hair is not perfect at all or  nor do we have caked up make up !!! can u be more natural in your hair & make up too . Sayani Gupta .. stop bronzing or whitening yourself so much... its irritating to see the constant skin tone change . Costumes ...  was good .. except for Siddhi Patel - No clue why was she given such typical outfits just bcos she is large size ... again stereo typing !!! Get a fresh vision please .. writer and director .

The whole #METOO  though it gained big momentum now turns into complete hogwash . Some actors and actresses has used this to blackmail and extort , some to get mileage and some career leverage . But does that negate  the sexual harassment by people in power ?

I have a story to tell too but  not sure if it falls in the #METOO
 category .

I had a brush in with Sajid Khan during  my very first year of college . I was fresh like a baked bread out of all girls convent school . I had the liberty to choose arts as a stream and was extremely happy as I could for once understand the subjects that I had taken and was keen to perform well in my studies .
It so happened that , that particular day we had an off from a lecture and we three classmates chose to sit it down in the girls common room ( we had a last lecture which was compulsory attendance )

On reaching the common room I realized that the door was shut and we had no where to go . But then  heard some noises from inside as if there was some sort of rehearsals going on . I knocked the door . My classmates asked me not to bother but since we would have a long wait till our next lecture I decided to knock again . I knocked in couple of times and each time my knock became more urgent and louder than the previous one . Suddenly the door opens and a man standing in front of me gives a barrage of abuses for knocking the door . Apparently he was choreographing for an upcoming intercollegiate  fashion show .The man was none other than Sajid khan .

He used the most explicit language in front of some 50 odd girls (there were some 47 of them  in the girls common room)  , and not being use to such language I was fuming with anger and humiliation.  I decided to give him a piece of my mind  . I told him he was in a girls common room thats not allowed and I have every right to be there . He continued with his barrage of abuse , and was trying to intimidate me as he was my senior .
I simply told him one more wrong word from his filthy mouth and I will report it to the principal . He just laughed it off and  told me since I was a fresher I did not know about  his fame and power in college . I refused to cow down and ultimately he had to let us enter the common room .I had no clue who he was , but I figured out that he indeed was an obnoxious man .

This is Sajid Khan for you ladies and gentlemen . He was known to be colorful dealings  right from college days and he got away with it too , because girls were glamour crazy and he was in-charge of dance and fashion show . He used his power and got away with a lot of wrong doings, His bunch of friends who are now Bollywood bigwigs use to laugh it out and his sister who was from the same college was well aware of his histrionics .

If his friends and family would have stopped him from day one , he would have not turned into the monster that he is now.

He took advantage of his clout and would ask girls to parade in front of his friends in the name of audition . These girls desperately seeking glamour would do so , not realizing that he was making a mockery out of them.

I made it a point never to watch his movies ( no ticket contribution from my end to his box office nos ) THATS MY WAY OF PROTESTING ...

But I know public memory is short .

Recently I heard Nana Patekar will be back in action !!! Alok Nath will be back in action ... A new friday .... the old will be back to what they are doing !!!
